Our family recently sold a home in New Suffolk New York. I had planned on selling it myself, but not getting the offers I felt the property was worth, I decided we needed to find a real estate agent with knowledge of the area. We live out of state. When I returned to NY I met with Tom and Ms. Vicky Germaise, an associate. We walked around the property and house. Suggestions were made to making the house look better in order to sell quicker and they knew the local people that could take care of the odds and ends on the house and property that were needed. Well! within one day of being on their website the house sold for what I was asking, and that was wonderful.

During the next phase of selling the house, little issues came up, adjoining property owners had to be contacted, electric, gas and water people had to be met at the house etc. Tom handled it all and saved me time and money not having to travel back and forth to NY. One morning Tom was checking on the house and there was the odor of gas. Tom called me immediately. I called the gas company and the issue was resolved by the afternoon.

I have sold houses in the past, but I have never received the high quality service and care that I received from Mr. McCloskey. Mr. McCloskey gave 110%.
